Responsibilities of Davenport Meadows
Homeowners' Association
- Insurance - Structural and Liability Insurance for all improvements and common areas
- Security System Monitoring - interior security monitoring for each townhome and 24-hour surveillance camera monitoring on common drives
- Landscape Maintenance - year-round common area maintenance, including mowing, fertilizing, and sprinkler system inspection
- Exterior Building Maintenance - Roofs, walls, and sidewalks maintenance and repair (if necessary)
- Exterior Improvements Maintenance - Fences, private drives, and mailboxes maintenance and repair (if necessary)
- Reserve Fund Contribution - for long-term capital improvements and maintenance
Owner's Dues
- $115 per month
- All townhome owners are responsible for the same amount of dues because the primary association expenses do not vary according to the size of the respective townhomes. Landscape maintenance, security system monitoring, and building maintenance are very similar regardless of the amount of air-conditioned space within the townhome, and all townhome owners enjoy the savings of combining and sharing.
